Each year Bain & Co arrange a Summer Conference for their London Office.  With over 300 guests it is vital to choose a venue that has excellent flight access and a reasonable transfer.

In 2008 the hotel Puente Romano in Marbella was selected.

After arrival on 18 different flights the event kicked-off with an outdoor BBQ at the fashionable Chiringuito Beach Club.

The morning conference, where a full back projection AV rig was required, was followed by a variety of afternoon activities that included golf, paella making, horse riding, tennis and a variety of beach games.  

The evening arrangements started with a fancy dress reception with the theme of The London Underground.  Prizes were awarded for the best outfits.  Guests then moved through to a themed dinner with entertainment provided by a Spanish guitar player followed by a DJ brought over from Brighton, who kept the party going until the early hours.
