Bi-annually DWS organise their Partners Conference at a series of locations, some overseas and some UK based.  This particular year their chosen location was the Celtic Manor Hotel in Wales.

There were a total of 145 Partners for 2 night stay.  Due to the need for extensive flexibility of travel arrangements as well as offering a variety of different activity options, all participant information and registration took place via a bespoke web site.

Conference and breakout sessions took place for 1.5 days.  Meals were all based in the hotel or golf club house; a total of 3 different venues were used throughout the event.  The final black tie dinner was held in the hotel Ballroom, with dancing as well as additional indoor activities such as casino tables and a large Scalextric race track  

The group also made the most of the extensive leisure facilities the resort has to offer, including golf, clay pigeon shooting, quad biking, mountain biking, tennis and spa treatments. 

To keep the delegates in one 'resort' for the duration of the event was very beneficial for the company.
